Common questions
- What counts as a student?
- Every active student record in the current academic session, rounded up to the next 100 (450 students is billed as 500). Until your database is connected we bill the count you declare; after that, renewals use the live active count.
- How is the bill generated?
- Choose how many months to pay in advance; one bill per period is generated on the same date each month with a 10-day grace period. Pay from the Billing page — nothing is charged automatically.
- Can we change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade immediately; the difference is prorated. Downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
- How is the college system priced?
- The same way as the school system: one monthly price based on your student count, in Without AI and With AI tiers.
- Do you charge GST?
- Yes. GST invoices and receipts are issued for every payment, with a QR code anyone can verify, and are available in the owner panel.
- Are services billed separately?
- Yes. Each service has its own subscription, order or quote, grouped on the same Billing page in the owner panel.
