Prices exclude GST. Subscriptions and orders generate bills in the owner panel; nothing is charged until you pay a bill there.
Inbound, on your own data
The calling and WhatsApp agents are add-ons for institutions on the With AI plan. They answer students and staff who hold an AI subscription — from your database, not a generic chatbot.

A student or staff member with an AI subscription calls or messages the institution's number.

The agent checks only that person's own records — attendance, fees, homework, timetable, results.

It replies in their language; receipts and timetables are shared as files on WhatsApp.
